"Global SciCall: New Knowledge Foundation"

The third national publication competition organized by EDP Hub LLP. The contest is aimed at supporting authors, increasing publication activity, promoting publications in educational and scientific circles and creating a fund of educational materials to ensure the educational process in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Participation in the contest is free of charge.

We invite to participate:
  • teachers of educational institutions of higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • teachers of educational institutions of secondary vocational education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • for groups of authors of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"EDP Hub"
helps universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan to successfully integrate the best digital solutions into the system of higher education and technical and vocational education. EDP Hub is also a modern publishing house specializing in the production of educational and professional practical literature for all levels of education.

The main goal:
timely release of high-quality and necessary textbooks for universities and colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Stages and terms of the contest

Accepting applications
Until September 15, 2025, we register participants and conclude contracts with authors
Work of the organizing committee and expert commission
Until February 15, 2026, we evaluate the competitive works, prepare them for publication, and summarize the results of the competition
Announcement of the results
Until February 20, 2026, we present diplomas and certificates to participants
Publishing and printing
After February 20, 2026, we publish works in educational resources, print copies and send prizes to the winners

Application procedures

  • Application
    Submit your application electronically on the website
  • Contract
    Sign an agreement with "EDP Hub" on the provision of the text of the contest work and the rights to its publication. The contract, application, and acceptance certificate forms will be sent to the participant’s email address specified in the application
  • Documents
    Send the following to the Organizing Committee: the file (files) or archive (archives) of the competitive work (in accordance with the requirements for the work specified in section 8 of the Regulations), copies of 1−2 reviews, completed contract, application and the act of acceptance and transfer in doc format and a scanned copy of the said signed documents to the email address izdat-edphub@mail.ru or another told by representative of the organizer

  • Result
    Expect a response from the organizing committee about the approval of the application
Attention: We ask the authors to pay special attention to the fact that only previously unpublished works are accepted for the competition, as well as previously published ones, provided that the rights of third parties to such a publication have ended and currently belong to the author.

  • PRINTED COPIES OF WORKS, DIPLOMAS AND CERTIFICATES
    printed copies of works, diplomas and certificates
  • PLACEMENT
    selected works on the E-UNI platform, in the IPR SMART EBS, on the DataLIB online education platform and on the PROFobrazovanie Electronic resource
  • ASSIGNMENT
    of the status of publications to selected works, carrying out editorial and publishing processing
